IVision Build Co exists to fix the part of construction that has nothing to do with construction: the way the job is run.

Why IVision

Most construction problems aren't construction problems.

They're operating problems: bad scheduling, no communication, no one accountable when a sub drops the ball.

IVision Build Co was built to fix that. We bring operating discipline to general contracting: clear scope, real schedules, one team that owns the result. The construction is held to code and built to last.

The experience is held to a standard most contractors never bother with. You actually know what's happening on your job.

I've built and run businesses across AI consulting, federal contracting, and operations. I got into construction because I kept seeing the same thing: good builders, badly run jobs. IVision is my answer to that.

I completed Goldcoast's general contractor coursework, and my Florida GC license is in progress. I'm building IVision deliberately, with the right credentials and the right standard, because the goal isn't one job. It's a construction company Tampa can count on.

Who we are

IVision Build Co is a general contractor serving the Tampa Bay area. This policy covers ivisionbuild.com.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, email, phone number (optional), project type, project location and project details.

Like any website, our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser) for security and spam blocking. Our contact form also uses a simple spam check based on how long the form was open and whether JavaScript ran, plus a hidden field that catches bots.

We do not run analytics. There are no analytics or advertising cookies on this site. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

How we use it

We use your form details to reply to you and talk about your project. That is all.

Who sees it

Form messages are delivered by email, through our website manager's email account. The form system keeps no copy of the message after sending. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add people to marketing lists. The site is served over HTTPS from a server we manage. Google Fonts, as noted above, is a third party that sees your IP address.

How long we keep it

We keep project inquiries for as long as we need them to follow up and run the project. Server access logs are kept only for as long as needed for security and spam blocking.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what you sent us. We have no business mailbox yet, so use the contact page to reach us and mention that it is a privacy request.

Security

We serve the site over HTTPS from a server we manage. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
